Becky Grywalski

Becky began her hair journey in high school where she had dreamed of making people feel beautiful since being a little girl and has fallen more in love with the industry as time has gone on. Becky is a level 5 Redken certified colorist and deva certified stylist. She is passionate about hair color services of all kinds from all over color, balayage, foils, and decolorizers. Her main focus is to make her guests hair dreams become reality while keeping the integrity of their hair healthy. Becky also specializes in perms and the latest haircutting techniques. She is one of our salon educators and coaches. She helps teach up and coming stylists all of her knowledge to grow them as future stylists on our team for 6-9 months at a time. You will find her and her associate work together to deliver the best guest experience for you. They are very attentive and pay close attention to detail. Hope Finegan

Hope is a friendly and creative hairstylist. She has been in the industry since 2013 and began her career at Bellezza Avanti. Hope loves to use her imagination to create something beautiful and unique for every guest, her specialties include but are not limited to hair color, extensions, special occasion updos, body waxing, and nails! Hope has had extensive training with Redken and Pureology. Hope has traveled to NYC for world-class education at the Redken Exchange training facility to deepen her knowledge with color, highlighting and styling techniques. Allison joined the team at the BA in 2018 after being behind the chair for 11 years. She wanted to change her life, and that is exactly what she has done. She has blossomed under the guidance of her coaches, teammates, and owners. Her willingness to be guided, despite all her experience, shows her passion for the industry and her commitment to her guests.

Allison's passion for transforming people's look is contagious. She shines in her ability to be a day maker. Her infectious laugh can light up a room. These abilities, however, cannot be overshadowed by her talent behind the chair.

Averie has had a love for beauty since she was just a little girl. In high school she took the cosmetology program and realized she had found her career. Averie had her internship at Bellezza Avanti and fell in love with our teamwork, friendship and our atmosphere. After graduating high school and becoming licensed she joined our team full time as a stylist. She is such a hardworking individual, she cares so much for each and every person who sits in her chair. Annalise Sheeler

Annalise grew up cutting her barbie doll's hair and making fashion-forward statements since pre-school. She is a passionate and dedicated hairstylist who specializes in on-trend, beautiful, and customizable hairstyles. She started her career in the beauty industry in 2017 by attending Paul Mitchell the School, where she had immense training in hair color, haircutting, and hair texture. Annalise has always been passionate about people, art, and fashion, which led her to pursue this creative career. She has a knack for customizing your hair to compliment your skin tone, eye color, and face shape while keeping it manageable for your lifestyle.

In the future, Annalise plans to continue to educate her guest's and continue to put her heart and soul into each and every color/haircut.

Cassidy Good

Cassidy loves barbering. Her favorite cut is the fade, though she is also great with longer hair. She chose barbering over cosmetology because cutting men’s hair interested her the most. Once she began school, she fell in love with it instantly. Cassidy is the third generation doing hair in the family; her mom is a stylist, owner, and founder of Bellezza Avanti, and her Grandpa was a Barber. She loves the salon because not only is it her family who owns it, but she also expresses that our team here feels like they are her family.

Sarah Casey

Sarah has been a licensed esthetician for three years. She was trained in Chicago and graduated in 2023. Her favorite service is facials and she excels at helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She loves working with organic skincare products, including the Eminence Organics line carried at our salon. Sarah does an amazing job of making every guest feel relaxed and pampered in her expert hands. Rebecca Vejdovec

Rebecca loves being part of Bellezza Avanti for its level system, which keeps her motivated, challenged, and continually working toward growth. Anna Hopkins

Anna earned her massage therapy license in January of 2010 and began her journey at Bellezza Avanti in February of 2010. She furthered her education and earned her manicurist license in 2012, completed The FarmHouse Fresh Advanced Training Program in 2018, and became certified in ACE Massage Cupping in 2019. Anna offers a wide array of massage and nail services designed to completely relax both the body and mind. She loves getting to know every guest so she can tailor the experience to suit them. When asked, Anna will say she enjoys being a licensed massage therapist and being a nail technician the same as each gives her the privilege of making someone's day in different ways.  "Learn to relax. Destynee Dreher

Destynee started her career in the beauty industry in 2016 by attending the Medina County Career Center and graduated from the cosmetology program in 2018. In that time she fell in love with the industry and knew that this job was made for her. After getting her cosmetology license she did nails for 2 years. She then decided to take her career a step further and started working at Bellezza Avanti to start doing hair as well. Destynee is passionate about the work she does. She knows how relaxing and exciting it is to get her own hair and nails done and to be able to give other people that feeling of relaxation and happiness is a true honor. Maddie Buskey

Maddie is passionate about all blonding services, she specializes in "lived in color".  Lived in color would be services that include balayage and foilyage techniques and can last for longer periods of time due to the placement of the color. She also enjoys lash extensions including classic and glamour sets  and in addition offers lash lift and tint for those who are seeking a lower maintenance service and more natural look. Maddie is a graduate of Brown Aveda which offers an amazing training program and has been licensed since 2021. Kennedy Thompson

Kennedy brings seven years of experience as a stylist to our salon. She is a superstar with any hair foiling technique and also excels at men's haircuts. She is also in the process of pursuing additional training in hair extensions and men's toupee installations. In her spare time outside of the salon she is a dance teacher for children and spending time with family and friends. Kennedy is married to Michael and a pet parent to Luna, her dog, Milo, her cat, and Storny & Onyx, her ducks.
